Uzbekistan's cherry export generates $38.9 mn in revenue

Uzbekistan's cherry export industry has experienced significant growth, contributing to the country's economic success.

On July 17, Statistics agency's calculations reported that cherry exports generated a revenue of $38.9 mln.

The export volume showed a notable increase of 14,400 tons compared to the same period the previous year, with Uzbekistan exporting 24,400 tons of cherries to 14 countries worldwide, earning $33.3 million from January to June 2022.
