New nectarine varieties have been developed in Uzbekistan

In Uzbekistan, scientists and breeders from the Research Institute of Horticulture, Viticulture and Wine Production under the Ministry of Agriculture presented new nectarine varieties - 'Khosiyat' and 'Ifora' and 'Ifora'. 

 

The nectarine varieties have rather large fruits, with an average weight of about 200 grams. They have a sugar content of 14 per cent.
