Uzbekistan exported 514.8 thousand tonnes of fruit and vegetables in the first four months of 2024. The total value of exports amounted to $298.5 million.

According to the Statistics Agency, this figure increased by 43.3 per cent in comparison with the same period of 2023. The share of fruit and vegetable exports in the republic's total exports during this period was 3.5%.

The main markets for Uzbek fruit and vegetable products are Russia (26.3%), Pakistan (24.2%), Kazakhstan (13%) and China (9.3%).
